Accessing BackOffice Remotely

This guide explains how you access BackOffice while working remotely.

Step 1:

Here at kry we run two instances of Backoffice, Backoffice (SE, NO, DE, UK) and Backoffice France.

Step 2:
When accessing it remotely Backoffice will prompt you with the following window:

What it's asking for here is not your personal account information.

Rather in order to get to the login page you need to enter the Back Office Remotely PopUp password.

Please access your 1Password account and check the Shared Vault for Back Office Remotely PopUp credentials:

NOTE: DO NOT SHARE THE PASSWORD IN ZENDESK. Only in Teams, IF necessary. 

Step 3:
If you entered the correct credentials in Step 2, you should now be at the BackOffice login page. If you are a Swedish user you can log in with BankID. Otherwise, select "Two Factor" and enter your credentials.

You might be prompted to enter the pop-up username/password again after you choose your preferred login method. It's the same password as above both times.
